Leftwing Radical Calls For Organized Violence Against ICE

A self-identified Antifa activist in Minneapolis publicly called for armed resistance against federal immigration authorities in a series of social media videos posted following a fatal officer-involved shooting in the city on January 24, 2026, as unrest intensified around federal enforcement operations.

Kyle Wagner, who describes himself as an entrepreneur and operates an Instagram account associated with the handle “kaos,” uploaded multiple videos to his account, which has nearly 36,000 followers. The recordings were posted shortly after the shooting and captured Wagner expressing anger while urging viewers to confront what he characterized as federal agents operating with impunity.

Warning: The video contains coarse language.

In one video, Wagner identified himself explicitly, stating, “My name is Kyle, I’m Antifa, and there’s so much rage in me, I’ve had to record this like fifteen times trying to get the message out,” before adding, “They fucked up.” He urged supporters to mobilize, saying, “[I]t’s time to suit up, boots on the ground … show up ready to go,” and specified that his message was aimed “specifically to my fucking followers.”

Wagner dismissed nonviolent activism outright. “No, not talking about peaceful protests anymore. We’re not talking about having polite conversations anymore,” he said, later declaring, “Sorry, but welcome to America 2026 where Second Amendment is the only thing that’s gonna keep you fucking protected from literal fucking Nazi gunmen that are killing innocent people in the street with impunity. This is not a fucking joke. There’s nothing fun to chant about it.” He concluded the video with a direct exhortation: “Get your fucking guns and stop these fucking people.”

In a separate video posted the same day, Wagner described the situation as “actual guerrilla war in our streets.” He also referenced a Venmo link in his bio and acknowledged that he was monetized, soliciting donations for what he called an “emergency freedom and defense fund,” while stating he would not disclose how the funds would be used.

Wagner further alleged that authorities were using live ammunition against citizens and urged people to appear “fully prepared, whatever that means to you, to whatever degree you can right legally.” Framing the response as a constitutional defense, he shouted, “We need to be there as American citizens in defense of our constitutional rights to fucking say, ‘No!’ They have to go!”

The videos emerged as protests in Minneapolis escalated following a shooting involving a Border Patrol agent. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the agent fatally shot an armed suspect who appeared to be preparing an attack on law enforcement. Demonstrations that followed devolved into disorder, with reports of riots in city streets.

The Border Patrol Union has said that agents are well-trained and know how to protect themselves and that the deceased approached the officers with a gun.

The tensions follow an earlier fatal incident on January 7 involving an agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and a woman identified as Renee Good, who struck an ICE officer with her vehicle. Anti-ICE demonstrations have intensified in the weeks since.

Wagner has repeatedly identified himself as Antifa in recent posts and displays a prominent “Three Arrows” tattoo on his neck, a symbol associated with antifascist movements. His Instagram bio references “#IronFront,” lists his pronouns as “he/him,” and includes a Venmo link.

Local and federal officials have not publicly commented on Wagner’s statements or indicated whether they are under investigation. The incidents have further heightened tensions in Minneapolis over the presence and actions of federal immigration enforcement and leftwing violence toward police officers.
