Gangs Recruiting In Migrant Shelters

Parts of New York City are being taken over by Venezuelan gans and now the NYPD has said it could start getting worse, according to new reports. The department has become increasingly alarmed about Tren de Aragua recruiting children from within the city’s growing migrant shelters. The notorious Venezuelan gang has embedded themselves within the asylum-seeker community, making their crimes harder to track and their presence more insidious.

These gang members often blend seamlessly back into the migrant community after committing crimes, complicating police efforts to isolate offenders. Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny highlighted the challenge, noting that many perpetrators integrate with law-abiding individuals, masking their criminal activities.

Reports indicate that children as young as 11 are being drawn into the gang’s operations, with younger recruits forming subgroups such as the Little Devils of 42nd Street. So far, police have identified 39 Tren de Aragua members and four Little Devils operating in New York City.

CBS News writes that the situation is becoming dire in the Big Apple.

“Once they commit their crimes they go back to the migrant community, where they assimilate themselves with people that are actually here obeying the laws,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said.

“We have no fingerprints on file for them. We have no photographs on file for them. We have no prior criminal history on them,” Kenny said. “They swap out their IDs. We have no way of tracking or knowing who they are when they enter the country.”

Kenny said undocumented criminals as young as 11 years old are carrying out retail robberies and committing crimes on scooters, like snatching people’s jewelry, watches and cellphones at gunpoint and knifepoint. There were more than 300 incidents last year and more than 800 so far this year.

Kenny said they have brazenly shot at police officers, too.

“When we do make arrests and we’re able to charge them on four, five, six incidents, when they go before a judge in New York City, and their arrest record is run, they show no prior criminal history,” Kenny said. “They’re released on their own recognizance. They’re not offered bail and they’re released back into the public.”

Despite the increase in gang activity being tied to the rise in illegal immigration in the cities, mayors in areas like Denver and Chicago have said they will do everything they can to undermine President-elect Trump’s plans to deport criminals.

Trump has said he intends to use the military to stop illegal immigration, but he has received some pushback from members of his own party.

  1. Either turn the city over to the gangs which seems to be already happening or start “shooting” the gangs members. Time to squash the “liberal virtue signaling” programs of the liberals.
Why is it the cities with the most crime problems are the “blue cities” controlled by the demonRATS ? Answer: because that is what the liberals do, destroy everything they touch.
