By early 2025, the program had stabilized at an average of 1.1 million viewers, marking a 25 percent year-over-year decrease. Meanwhile, Fox News’ competing programs have continued to dominate the time slot, attracting an average of 3.6 million viewers, according to Fox News.
Wallace has become one of the biggest examples of how liberal media has lost their minds over Donald Trump returning to the White House. She recently found herself in hot water after launching into an insane tirade about DJ Daniel, a 13-year-old brain cancer survivor, during his address to Congress.

Trump honored Daniel by naming him an honorary Secret Service agent, calling it “the biggest honor of them all.” However, Wallace’s reaction on MSNBC took a sharp political turn. She remarked, “I hope he never has to defend the United States Capitol against Donald Trump’s supporters. And if he does, I hope he isn’t one of the six who loses his life to suicide, and I hope he isn’t one who has to testify against the people who carried out acts of seditious conspiracy and then lived to see Donald Trump pardon those people.”
Her comments ignited a backlash, with critics accusing her of politicizing an otherwise apolitical moment. Trump condemned her remarks as “disgraceful,” while some media analysts suggested that MSNBC’s editorial stance could be contributing to its declining viewership.
