In 2020, when he was running for president, Joe Biden attacked Donald Trump for not being able to take the heat. He tweeted: “It’s hard to believe this has to be said, but unlike this president, I’ll do my job and take responsibility. I won’t blame others. And I’ll never forget that the job isn’t about me — it’s about you.”

Fast forward four years and now he’s blaming his staff after he appeared to commit the same crime that his predecessor did in keeping several boxes of confidential material in his unsecured home.
The Daily Caller writes:
The president delivered remarks Thursday evening in response to a special counsel report on his handling of classified documents. Biden’s address comes after Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded his investigation by declining to press charges despite stating that Biden had, in fact, mishandled classified documents.
Biden pinned the findings on his staff. “I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing,” he said.
“Things that appeared in my garage, things that came out of my home, things that were moved, were moved not by me, but my staff, but my staff,” he continued.

Hur’s report was a devastating blow to the president’s reelection chances and offered seven words that should end the Biden presidency.
Democrats are now stuck. They can either say that the president is competent enough to stand trial or too incompetent to be in the White House.
Hilarious hackery. Even better is that, if the part of the report that upsets Greg goes away, Biden gets charged. Pick one. https://t.co/4edx7e1PBO

Backed into a corner, expect Democrats to start making excuses for the president’s strange behavior over the past few weeks.
They’ve really backed themselves into a corner. Every possible defense only further promotes voters’ chief fear (his age).
“It was late! It was 8 pm”
“He was too distracted by world events to think clearly.”
“He is certainly competent enough to be charged.”

The liberal media will be ready to help. The Los Angeles Times has already stepped to the plate. Did you ever consider that Biden’s age and senility might be his “superpower?“
Who’s ready for a month of glowing profiles about history’s most unpopular vice president?
