Elon Musk is considering legal action against former Democratic congressman Jamaal Bowman after a heated live interview where Bowman called Musk a “Nazi” and a “thief.” The remarks were made during an appearance on CNN’s NewsNight With Abby Phillip. Bowman criticized the Department of Government Efficiency, a Trump-era program designed to reduce the size of the federal workforce, and then abruptly turned his attention to Musk, who is now a senior adviser to President Donald Trump.

Bowman, who was defeated in last July’s Democratic primary by a centrist pro-Israel candidate, told a panel of commentators that the “American people do not trust Elon Musk and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position.”
During the segment, Bowman described Musk as “incompetent,” “a thief,” and “a Nazi,” claiming the public doesn’t trust him. Musk responded on X (formerly Twitter), saying he’s “had enough” and that a lawsuit is “inbound.” His post quickly drew support from conservative politicians. Senator Mike Lee of Utah urged Musk to move forward with the lawsuit, saying defamation of conservatives must be addressed. Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina also backed Musk, encouraging him to take action.
I’ve had enough. Lawsuit inbound.

Bowman, who was once part of the progressive “Squad” in the House of Representatives, lost his primary race last year and has become an outspoken critic of the Trump administration and its supporters. He famously pulled a fire alarm in a desperate effort to prevent a vote in the House of Representatives. Bowman was later censured by his colleagues for the stunt.
The former congressman also faced scrutiny after past blog posts surfaced in which he promoted conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks while serving as a school principal. Bowman had questioned the official account of the destruction of World Trade Center Building 7 and cast doubt on the crashes of Flights 77 and 93, insinuating that Osama bin Laden was falsely blamed to justify war in Afghanistan.
Bowman hasn’t issued a public response to Musk’s threat of a lawsuit.

The only people that don’t trust Musk are all of the radical liberal demonRATS / commies who are afraid their life long “gravy train positions” are finally going to be eliminated. Everybody I know loves what his team is doing and are looking forward to “more to come”. Isn’t it odd the the U.S. governments very own department or office that was supposed to prevent all of this corruption and massive unaccountable spending, the GAO, never once in its very long existence over made any positive cuts to spending or government expansion. Looks like the GAO was nothing but “the weasel guarding the hen house” doesn’t it ???
