Major Dem Supporter Slammed For Racist Demands

Another day, another wealthy, white Biden supporter reminds African Americans that Democrats believe they own the Black vote.

An old clip has been resurfaced of hardcore Democrat and actress-turned-activist Chelsea Handler discussing politics on Jimmy Fallon is serving as a reminder that Democrats believe they are owed the Black vote rather than having to earn it.

Newsweek writes:

In the interview, Handler speaks to Jimmy Fallon, asking the late-night TV host, “You heard about my ex-boyfriend right, 50 Cent and his support of Donald Trump?”

Fallon asked her about the exchange between the two, saying that he had seen her “tweets” about 50 Cent, who Handler had previously referred to as her “favorite ex-boyfriend.”

Handler said that 50 Cent, “doesn’t want to pay 62% of taxes, which by the way, isn’t a plan of Joe Biden’s, that’s a lie.” “He doesn’t want to pay 62% of taxes because he doesn’t want to go from being 50 Cent to 20 Cent.”

She then said that “I had to remind him that he was a Black person, so he can’t vote for Donald Trump.”

She went on to say that “he shouldn’t be influencing an entire swathe of people who may listen to him, because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook.”

Biden has been facing major criticism from the Black community as polling continues to suggest that more and more African American men are moving towards Trump.

On Wednesday, Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina announced that he was creating a voter outreach to win over the Black community.

“There’s a lot of reasons why the shift is now becoming so blatantly obvious that it is now undeniable that there is something amiss. It’s real,” Scott said in a meeting Wednesday with a group of reporters. “It’s not just racial, but it’s going to manifest itself in a racial shift that we haven’t seen in probably three decades of politics.”

NPR noted, “Scott, who is a leading candidate to be former President Donald Trump’s running mate, thinks he can help Trump continue to chip away at that lead – and plans to court those voters while campaigning over the next several months in battleground states.

The effort could also boost Scott’s chances of being picked by Trump, who has made a point of appealing to Black and Latino voters. Trump is expected to select his choice for vice president by the Republican National Convention, which will be held next month in Milwaukee.”

Without Biden getting at least 90 percent of African American vote, it’s difficult to see how he can win in the vital swing states of Michigan and Pennsylvania.
