Mob Rushes National Guard At Border As Migrant Reveals How To Use ‘Squatter Rights’ To Take Homes

In December 2022, El Paso declared a state of emergency as thousands of migrants crossed the border. The move was quickly derided as part of a “far right” conspiracy by liberals who continue to deny there’s any crisis on the border.

Despite attempts to build a Potemkin Village in the city for a presidential photo shoot, the crisis in the West Texas city has only gotten worse, and on Thursday a mob attacked the Texas National Guard and overran them.

The New York Post captured the assault on the border. Is it still a “Far right conspiracy?”

A group of over 100 migrants attempted to enter the US illegally by rushing a border wall Thursday, breaking through razor wire and knocking over guards in the process.

The Post had earlier witnessed around 600 migrants massed at the international border, as part of a “spring surge” of migrants hoping to gain access to the US.

The Texas National Guard was attempting to organize them into smaller groups, but the situation grew tense after some women and children were separated from adult males by the guardsmen.

A group of men with hoodies, gloves and winter jackets could be seen pulling fencing away and dashing through the concertina wire, as a group of five guards stood in a defensive formation to fill the gap.

The mobbing in El Paso occurred shortly after a TikTok post went viral that encourages migrants to use liberal “squatters rights” laws to take over housing in the United States.

Fox News wrote that “a Venezuelan migrant has gone viral after he posted a video to social media that explained how illegal immigrants can take advantage of squatting laws and stay in American homes.

“I have thought about invading a house in the United States,” a man identified as Leonal Moreno said in the TikTok video. “I found out that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

The man told his followers in Spanish that he anticipated his next business would be “invading” abandoned houses. He claimed that some of his African friends have told him they have already taken seven homes in the U.S.

Squatters and tenants’ rights laws vary across the country, with some states providing protection for non-paying individuals, allowing them to occupy a property for extended periods. In areas where complex laws bar police from taking action, homeowners have few options to reclaim their property beyond pursuing a civil case, which can take months.”

A homeowner in New York was recently arrested after she tried to remove a “squatter” from her property. Adele Andaloro was taken into custody after changing the locks last month on her $1 million home in Flushing, Queens, which she claims to have inherited from her parents after they died, according to ABC’s Eyewitness News.

Despite trying to blame Congress for him bragging about overturning Trump’s immigration laws, polling shows that the former president maintains a lead on handling immigration over Joe Biden.
