Earlier in the week, Axios reported that the president is really only cognitively functional from the mid-morning to the late afternoon.
His staff has long worked to ensure that most of his appearances happen between this “good window.”
The outlet noted that “Biden’s miscues and limitations are more familiar inside the White House. The time of day is important as to which of the two Bidens will appear. From 10 am to 4 pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours. Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, Biden is more likely to have verbal miscues and become fatigued.”
That’s why yesterday, when the White House announced the president would be attacking the Supreme Court at 7:45 pm everyone held their collective breath.
The president shuffled out in front of the cameras, spent four minutes reading leftwing attacks against the Court from a teleprompter and then shuffled back to whatver he was doing before.

While his speech was typical liberal talking points, his appearance, however, was not. Biden’s team has apparently given up on just having him give cogent speeches or holding press conferences. Instead, they’ve decided to change his look.

The Sun explained that most of those watching the president’s remarks became fixated on his complexion.
“On Monday evening as Biden addressed the nation, the president’s spray-tanned look was a topic of conversation on social media.
Many thought Biden was taking a page out of former President Trump’s book with the new look.
“Biden also appeared, somewhat humorously, in Trump-style makeup, after appearing white as mumbly ghost during the debate,” wrote one commenter.

On the actual issue of the day, it was mostly typical Joe Biden. Liberals have become enraged because the Supreme Court has limited their lawfare against former President Trump while also undermining a talking point against the former president by curbing a potential future President Trump from enacting “revenge” against the Bidens.
